House of Brands vs. Branded House

Exactech was making a significant shift — moving from a house of brands to a branded house strategy. I led the research and development behind the rebrand, working through everything from the initial strategy to the final rollout across a global organization.

  • Brand Ambassador Video — A video to help introduce the brand and support the people championing it internally

  • Digital Asset Manager — A centralized platform giving global teams easy access to approved assets and brand resources
